Here I provide an introduction to my narrative projectand links to my blog posts that have helped my writing process.
My previous experiences with writing narratives has been great in academic communities. I have always had an easier time writing narratives, they seem to come easy to me. I have always enjoyed writing and communicating through stories more than most people. I believe writing is a way to express yourself and emotions. Stories that present raw emotions can enhance the readers experience. I share my emotions through my writing, as you can see in my Composing an Emotional Scene and my Composing an Emotional Scene with Dialogue and Symbolism posts. Sharing my emotions can give you an idea of who I am and how my author identity shapes me. I give you an idea of how I traveled back and forth through time in my Narrative Project: A Wizard-of-Oz Journey post. My narrative projects captures a time in my life where I was young and was told something that changed my life forever and shaped who I am. Writing this narrative project was hard for me. It made me go back into my memories and bring up emotions I haven't felt in a while. This gives me time to reflect and better myself while writing a story that helped shaped who I am currently.
